For 13 years, I poured my heart into Martin Edwards Photography. This personal brand began as a portrait studio and quickly evolved into a B2B commercial photography service. Over time, I realised that what started as a one-person operation grew into something much more dynamic. With new challenges and opportunities on the horizon, it only made sense to reflect this evolution in our brand.

One of the greatest inspirations behind this rebrand has been our clients. Their needs and feedback have continuously shaped our journey. Alongside our loyal customers, I’ve brought a team of trusted freelancers on board. This agile approach lets us scale our operations up or down depending on the project’s needs, ensuring that each client benefits from top-tier experts whenever necessary.

Preserving Trust, Embracing a New Identity

Over the years, Martin Edwards Photography has earned the trust of its clients. That trust is the cornerstone of our new venture. Even though our name is changing, our commitment remains the same: going above and beyond to bring your creative visions to life. In fact, for the past 14 months, we have been operating under both names, using similar brand colours and an almost identical logo to ensure the transition feels like a natural progression rather than a sudden shift.

A Name That Speaks Volumes

The decision to rebrand as Digital Studios Ltd wasn’t made lightly. The new name encapsulates everything digital, from photography and videography to innovative content creation. It projects an image that’s modern and expansive and signals that our services have grown beyond just one person. The name speaks to a larger, more corporate identity while promising the continued personal touch our loyal clients value.

Launching Interactive, 360° Visual Experiences

One of the most exciting innovations on the horizon is our new interactive video 360° product rotations, initially focusing on jewellery. This service is designed to capture every sparkling facet of a piece, especially the way stones catch the light, making the item more appealing to potential buyers. This new service is set to showcase quality, boost sales conversion rates, and reduce returns. Clients love that the video seamlessly integrates into their online product galleries, creating a richer, more persuasive visual experience.

Behind the Scenes: Operational Upgrades and Future Innovations

To support our new offerings, we’ve invested in state-of-the-art equipment designed to capture every detail brilliantly. We’re also in the process of launching a new online booking service to streamline client interactions further. These changes ensure that while our name evolves, the quality and reliability of our service remain rock-solid.


Looking ahead, we’re experimenting with AI technology to replace the white backgrounds in product images. The idea is to help our clients convert their vast archive of existing images into new lifestyle and editorial visuals. By keeping the actual product image intact and only altering the backdrop, we’re preserving the authenticity that both our clients and I hold dear. This innovation promises to breathe new life into our product photography work libraries, offering clients fresh opportunities to repurpose familiar imagery in exciting, modern contexts.
