Just going through my head shots taken by my mentor Peter Hurley during last month’s training. Which do you prefer black & white or colour? Traditionally actors head shots were always black & white, mainly due to the cost of colour film processing at the time. Some people say that by removing the colour you remove any possible distraction and allow the viewer to concentrate on the picture. We all see in colour, so it seems obvious that your head shot should be in colour, right?
